Salesforce : Building Trust With Slack AI

Led research and facilitated meetings with Salesforce sponsors on a semester-long student project and created 3 features using design systems to address data privacy and trust challenges in Slack AI integrations, particularly in educational environments.

Created an embodied shopping experience concept through user research, including literature review and observational studies, to help users easily identify products aligned with their dietary preferences, addressing a global audience where dietary restrictions affect hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
